ALL rentals require a Cleaning deposit. Weekly deposit $ 100.00 Weekend deposit $ 50.00 The cleaning deposit and remaining 50% of the rental fee Plus 6% Tax is due upon check-in.

NO SMOKING IN THE CABIN.
ONE PET IS ALLOWED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL, BUT NOT INSIDE THE CABIN UNLESS IN A PET CAGE, ONLY ON THE PORCH IF NOT CAGED, AND CHAINED OR ON A LEASH IF OUTSIDE.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LIMIT ANY ACTIVITIES WE FEEL ARE NOT APPROPRIATE TO THE AREA.
When the popcorn supplies are used, it is requested that they be replaced or paid for. Remember, it was there for your family, and we would like the supplies to be there for the next family. ( You are expected to CLEAN the popcorn machine )
